Custom Training Plan

  • Includes an initial consultation over the phone or in person to determine your goals and fitness level and a periodized training plan designed around your chosen race(s) or goals with daily detailed workouts within the training plan (including recommended exertion levels and duration). Training plans (12-16 weeks) will be developed in Training Peaks. Price variation is on number of races and goals of the athlete.

Training Plan Consultation

  • For the self coached athlete who just needs assistance constructing or reviewing his or her own training plan, designing work outs or answer questions on equipment.

One-on-One Training Session

  • Personalized training session that can be conducted based on the needs of the athlete.

Custom Strength Programs

  • Includes Functional Movement Screen and corrective exercise integration (see details below)
  • Program designed around your goals, objectives, strengths and weakness that is periodized within your race season

Functional Movement Screen Session

  • Initial Screening/Consultation (~30 min session), follow up with recommended corrective exercises
  • FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. With the goal to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.
